By using the Down To Earth AI website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our services. We've tried to keep this document as straightforward as possible — no legal jargon where we can avoid it.

2. Our Services

Down To Earth AI provides AI-powered tools for tradesmen, including:

  • AI Receptionist (your AI receptionist) — automated call answering and lead capture
  • Lead Generation Websites — custom-built websites optimised for search engines
  • AI Marketing — automated content creation from job photos
  • Custom AI Automations — bespoke business workflow automation

3. Accounts & Registration

When you sign up for our services, you agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep it up to date. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are as displayed on our website and confirmed during signup
  • Setup fees are charged once at the start of service
  • Monthly fees are billed in advance on the same date each month
  • All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable
  • We may adjust prices with 30 days' written notice

5. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

All our services come with a 30-day money back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of your initial signup — for any reason — we'll refund the full amount including setup fees. To request a refund, email us at hello@downtoearthai.co.uk.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel any service at any time. There are no minimum terms, no notice periods, and no cancellation fees. When you cancel:

  • Service continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days, then securely deleted

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Collect information about other users without consent

8. Intellectual Property

  • Content we create for your website or marketing belongs to you
  • Our platform, technology, and branding remain our property
  • You grant us permission to use your business name and trade when configuring services

9. Limitation of Liability

We work hard to provide reliable services, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime or that our AI will always respond perfectly. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
